Soaking Stamps
In my years of stamp collecting I have learned about history, and the great people who have shaped our lands. From Scientists, to poets, to celebrities stamps offer a permanent record of the past.
Besides being a fun and educational pastime, stamp collecting is open to all ages and all income levels. Stamp collecting is an undemanding hobby; you can spend as much or as little time as you want.
You can save stamps from your own mail, asks friends and relatives to set their used stamps aside as well at no cost. Some collectors go to the post office and buy newly issued stamps (some dealers will offer new issued from other countries as a service).
Some collectors have a theme or favourite topic the collect in, such as art, or a particular sport. I traded by mail with a collector who only collected stamps with ships on them.
Clubs are a great opportunity to meet with other collectors and exchange duplicates and advice.
This website and store are my way of spreading the joy that is stamp collecting. The stamps available for sale are duplicates from my collection. I try to add stamps as regularly as I can, and offer inexpensive stamps for hobbyists to enjoy.
